For a Internet (or world wide web) project p-tv is really old, quasi ancient. P-TV was founded in the valleys of lower Austria. In the beginning it was the wish to be present, then the special film technique was developed and professionalism. Since 1999 most of the members live separated all over the planed and this interactive communication basis of p-tv was strengthened
